Money Saving Tips for your Ski Weekends and Ski Holidays

Does anyone know of any good resorts to go that are cheap. Accomadation doesnt have to be good a hostel ect would be perfect. Do you know of anywhere to get really cheap package deals.? Please give me some ideas thanks.
Of really cheap skiing I can only think of Germany…that would not really be skiing because I guess you would like to be somewhere in the "real" mountains, not like a little hill?!
You should check out Austria. Either Tirol or Salzburg…Google them both, most websites are in Engish too…
Austria can be very expensive, but there are also pretty decent price hostels, and ski pass packages, especially if you have kids…
Late booking, sometimes offer good deals, but you have no flexibility on dates; only destination. Bulgaria and Romania would be cheap at the resorts. Been to Andorra in the summer; think it would be a good option for skiing.
